This structured flow helps ensure a full-body lymphatic massage, encouraging better circulation, reduced puffiness, and a more balanced body.

Infrared Lights
Our Body Roll lymphatic massage machines use infrared and collagen-supporting lamps to help increase circulation and support your body’s natural detox process. The gentle warmth reaches into deeper layers of the skin for a truly relaxing experience.

Here’s What You Need to Know
-
It’s great for helping you feel less puffy, more relaxed, and more energised. The rollers gently work through your body while infrared heat helps boost circulation. It’s a chill way to support recovery, smoother skin, and overall wellness.
-
If you’re just starting out, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week for the first few weeks. After that, once a week is perfect for maintenance.
-
Yep! The machines are gentle, non-invasive, and you’re totally in control. You set the pace and pressure to match what feels good for you.
-
Each standard session is 45 minutes and follows a flow of 18 positions — starting at your feet and finishing at your shoulders. It’s structured but easy to follow.
-
Fitted activewear is best — leggings and a t-shirt work great. Avoid zips, buttons, or jewellery, and don’t forget to bring socks!
-
Body Roll is pretty stimulating, so it’s not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Always check with your doctor if you’re unsure.
-
If you’ve recently had any injectables, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before booking a session. The increased circulation might affect how treatments settle.
-
Yes! Just book two sessions at the same time and we’ll set you up with rollers side-by-side. It’s a fun way to try it out together.
-
Yep — studies have looked into the benefits of lymphatic massage and infrared roller machines. They show improvements in circulation, swelling, and skin tone with regular use. You can read more here.
