2.4 No-show appointments will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.2 Cancellations made within the required notice period will be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future session.
3.3 Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4.2 Our services are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional before use.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the session may pose a health risk to the client.

6. Studio Etiquette
6.1 Clients must arrive on time and adhere to all studio rules and guidelines.
6.2 Proper hygiene and attire are required during sessions.
6.3 Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service without a refund.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1 By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with body roll massage therapy.
7.2 We are not responsible for any injuries, adverse reactions, or health complications resulting from our services.
7.3 Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and well-being during and after sessions.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
8.2 We accept online payments through our online payment systems, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.
8.3 Refunds will only be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.
8.4 No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or prepaid packages.

No Guaranteed Results

Warranty and Repairs
